NLP

Conceptual piece made for 'Creative Reactions' exhibition hosted in The Greenbank, Bristol (as part of Pint of Science international event: pintofscience.co.uk/ ). The artwork was based on the research done by our assigned scientist, Dr Conor Houghton from University of Bristol, whose area of research is Computational and Mathematical Neuroscience. Our group has been comprised of three artists: me, Roberta Dimana ( www.behance.net/dimina6cdc ) and Claudia Stocker ( claudiastocker.com/ ).

Dr Conor Houghton's neurolinguistics research inspired me to go further and reflect on how to apply Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) in curing depression or - more correctly - in helping to work on changing the habits of thinking (and hence: feeling) that lead to depression by introducing and maintaining new ones.
